Great read. I have fond memories of all the tricks we used to amaze visitors and fellow developers. Like using fonts that weren't installed on the visitors' computer using sIFR. https://mikeindustries.com/blog/sifr

Wow. Totally forgot about the sIFR years.

"I won’t pretend like I haven’t stuck an iPad in front of my son and let him watch Cocomelon or Blippi so I could get some work done. Guilty as charged.„

Mansfield's dual-drill also had a go at this non-issue. I had the opportunity to use it years ago. A bit cluncky and not really an improvement. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XLdAhQ-Hyac

Utrecht (NL) based Awesome space is currently looking for a new location but it always used to be an awesome space. https://awesomespace.nl/

Very very nice. Love the details and the °F/°C toggle.

And it puts a suit on for you if you don't select one. No stickman snuff animations here.

I'm done with reading articles from people being done with Apple every time Apple announces an update or launches a new product.

I'm, more and more, convinced that it's a kind of new marketing strategy from apple. Something like negative marketing for the masses (because it's more viral maybe?).

For example, we never talked so much about their phones, expect when they bent in the pockets...

People feel the need to let us know of their feelings about products.

And even more people feel the need to let us know they are "done" with reading such articles. Each time.

I am done with reading comments about being done with reading articles about being done with specific manufacturers.

Lucky for you all I can't even

The irony is that neither you, nor any of these people are really done.

After reading this article on NPM as a build tool I immediately gave up on Gulp and Grunt. Highly recommended! http://blog.keithcirkel.co.uk/how-to-use-npm-as-a-build-tool...
