If this could be a good replacement for Wacom tablets (which have double the price) it would be really interesting. Does anyone have experience with drawing on Surface with a Pen?

I can only speak to the Surface Pro which has the Wacom tech -- it's great but sucks at the edges.

The Surface Pen from the Surface Pro 3 forward does not have this issue.
