It is when you fire the expensive people with experience and replace them with inexperienced neophytes.

Now, it’s not only less expensive to make, it’s also cheap!


The subsequent damage caused by bad software is part of the cost of software. It's expensive no matter how you look at it.


That's someone else's problem many quarters from now. For today's cost-saving, bonus-producing metrics, cheap is great!
