The most fascinating thing about this crisis is how it has laid bare the importance of flexible, forward thinking leadership at every level, in every form of organization. Entities that have/will successfully adapt to the new reality we live in are the ones who have given up on the notion of a "return to normal". There will never be a "normal" again.
