Board of Education, and Loving v. Virginia also happened. As with so many gigantic institutions, the US government is not uniformly supportive of or disruptive of white supremacy, over time or within an era.

I'm afraid I don't know the definition of state you're operating under, so I don't think I can evaluate claims such as "white supremacy is endorsed by the state in the US."
