Clipboard copy injections needs to be added into that list.

They don't touch your actual clipboard, they modify your selection instead, so it works cross-browser. Tynt is the company selling this shit.

Oh! Please add site added toolbars on the top, the bottom, and the sides of the browser window, usually adding the ability to tweet, facebook, subscribe, feedback, blah blah blah take up your window space.

I would add the marquee tag reinterpreted for 2011:

1. Tweets constantly scrolling through a sidebar 2. Unstoppable huge slide show above the content you claim to want me to read
