I'm pretty sure it's also against the TOS from the image hosting sites and they'll nuke the account if they realize it's the case


You can use steganography by only using the least significant bit in an image, so it's not visually detectable that the image has a website in it. With compression it would be completely undetectable.


Yes although it's very unlikely that'll happen.
