At least the duty hours and overt toxicity is massively improved compared to even 15 years ago. Do surgery residents still have to lie to ACGME about hours these days? Hope that is better.

Absolutely still have to lie about hours. Still feels pretty toxic today. Hard to believe it was even worse 15 years ago.
