Klingon is rather odd in that it aligns with the US ASCII character set and uses base 10 for numbers. Not all that alien to us I rather liked the wierd language used in the film Arrival that was dreamt up using the Sapir–Whorf hypothesis. That one was pretty cool even if the hypothesis was later discredited.
