Iran doesn't have a lithium industry, and lithium in the ground is a totally different thing from actual lithium.

There is plenty of lithium in the ground in the US if that is what you are interested in. Or Australia, or many other places.

And anyway, there is basically zero battery materials production in the US anyway, that is all in China, Korea and Japan.
