My mirrorless definitely beats my iPhone. But I have to put in more time, it’s not with me at all times and I need to transfer the images.

In the end, the best camera is the one I have with me. And if I can take a pretty good portrait shot of my kid while I’m at a diner then I’m happy.

To me, the memory/moment is more important than the “quality”.
