I think what's going to happen is:

- Sam would return to OpenAI as CEO and Greg as President

- Sam's request to change the Board would be accepted and Board members will resign

- Ilya would be Out

- Sam would change the governance structure from current dual nonprofit+forprofit to just for-profit corp.
