I clicked this thinking of the “Welcome to Airspace” essay on The Verge in 2016, and turns out it’s a sequel article by the same author.

What is it with people seeing the outcomes of market capitalism and saying "see! communism!!" I could point to dozens of these, it's fucking bizarre.


Because the two are converging. Difference in extreme capitalism is instead of one there are many poliburos, and instead one dictators you have many more. Instead we should return to actual market capitalism, instead of corporate capitalism which is highly toxic.
