I did not know France had so many laws limiting freedom of speech in regard to defamation. I am not a lawyer, but I think that in the US this would be allowable if you actually believed what you were posting about Mrs. Macron was true.

US is the exception when it comes to freedom of speech. In many countries you can be convicted for defamatory speech even if it is true.
