He's asking for his competitors to stop offering his employees more money than he's paying them. He has all the money he needs to make counteroffers and keep his employees in the fold, but he wants to deny them their fair market value so he can keep that money. It's exploitation of the people who are building his business and it's essentially stealing from them.
