As a developer, it scares me to think that I may have a harder time finding a job after 40. For me, 40 is not far off. I love coding and want to do it professionally until I retire. I hope this trend of discrimination ends soon. It is sad to think that people would be discouraged from doing what they love just because of discrimination.
