Yes, definitely, but only if UE4's network model fits your game. It takes a lot of research and I'm afraid some experience also to design a real time networked action game. This goes for all nonconventional features though, I saw for example that Cubical Drift announced last week that they underestimated their needs and will have to swap out their graphics engine mid game. Not fun stuff I'm certain .
