This is odd, given the recent news that Apple and Google just struck a rather large deal to move iCloud onto Google Cloud[1].

Not odd, would be dumb of Apple won't to rely on a single provider.

I suspect that if this were to become a real thing, the novelty would wear off and people would return to their old habits, right?

That's the beauty of the live feed, it never repeats.

It's not the unique dance moves that hold the novelty, it's that it's moving at all. And that doesn't change.

Why do you think people never stop to watch a TV in a window? It's because it's not the first TV they've seen and the feed rarely repeats there too.

Agreed, the 5-minute "squirrel!!!" attention span mindset of collective society would render these a poor use of funding in about....say 5 minutes

We guess Sparrow (acquired by Google now) just started a paper plane trend!

Check out poncho.is which launched recently from betaworks. They do this (It's warmer than yesterday) and it's been really helpful for the confused nyc seasons we're getting.

I'm in NYC area and love this service. Signed up in April, have been wanting to recommend it to friends, but until this morning's update with a URL in it, I couldn't remember what service it was and the SMS "HELP" didn't tell me.

If Poncho is reading this, update your HELP to mention poncho.is!

Quick plug for License Audit: http://licenseaudit.pivotallabs.com

We developed that at Pivotal Labs since we need to pay attention to licenses while working w/ our clients. Just connect your repos, add licenses to your whitelist, and get updates if you're not in compliance. Feedback welcome!

Do you support testing multiple iOS versions (e.g., 6.0, 6.0.1, etc.)?
