Yup, this is essentially what the original concept of the Jungle genre was built around. Chop up the Amen Break, mix the notes(?) around, repeat them as you see fit, and add other samples/vocals around the drum patterns you've created.
It’s worse than that. On r/news they shadow ban anybody who doesn’t have verified email. No message or anything. Just nobody sees your comments. I probably made 20 or more comments there over a few months before I figured it out. It felt humiliating.
It's even worse than that. They preemptively ban you outright on lots of major subs for posting on other subs. For instance, I can't interact with r/pics because I once commented on r/redditachievements. And a housemate once upvoted a pic on there which got us both banned for a week because Reddit thought I was trying to do a run-around on the ban.
The top of the readme says “See Everything | Optimize Everything”. From what I can tell Argus does the former but not the latter. It’s the optimization that I struggle with.
For example, the analysis screenshot shows rereading files. Obviously that’s a waste of time and tokens, but I don’t know how to prevent it. It would be great to link that to some guidance on how to improve vs just showing you what’s going wrong.
I tried a slight variation of your prompt after reading this. It worked marvelously. Quick, correct answers instead of waiting for it to do exploration for each answer.
If that were the case, this site and certain subreddits would have a lot of posts and comments with people crowing about how much time they are getting back. I haven’t seen that, but I haven’t gone looking for it either.
It’s not being stolen because he would have published it knowing the copyright laws. Also even with copyright laws as they are, selling unlicensed copies isn’t theft. It’s illegal but no stealing is involved.
