Is the range still a big deal? Norway is not as big as the USA, and you can nearly get from Oslo to Bergen in a Chevy Bolt. (Stockholm, I'll admit, is too far for one charge)

Oslo-Bergen is ~460km crossing mountains.
Oslo-Stockholm is ~530km mostly flat.
You probably need to charge either way.
